The Challenge

Before Principal Salgado took over as principal at Lloyd, he served as one of two assistant principals alongside Assistant Principal Quinton. During this period, the school’s Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) dissolved, as teachers were reluctant to participate due to feeling unheard. Consequently, the administration halted ILT development efforts, becoming complacent.

When Principal Salgado assumed the principal role and Quinton remained an assistant principal, their objective was to revitalize the ILT, prioritizing teacher input in its reconstruction and advancement. They partnered with Fulcrum Education Solutions to support them with this priority.

The Solution
